What is included in Bryn Mawr Personalized Primary Care membership?
- Exclusive access and availability to the BMPPC practice and your personal physician.
- Benefit from no rush visits with limited to no office wait times.
- Same or next business day appointments for issues that arise between regularly scheduled visits.
- Enhanced and expedited communication with direct access to the practice via phone, text, online portal and phone app.
- 24/7 physician on-call for urgent clinical matters.
- Comprehensive Annual Exam, reaching beyond a typical insurance-covered annual wellness exam, to monitor existing health conditions and recommend preventative treatments. Also included is an extensive yearly laboratory panel.
- Virtual care utilizing electronic telemedicine video technology anywhere within the continental United States. 5 video telemedicine visits per year are included in the membership fee (additional telemedicine visits are always available).
- Direct communication and care coordination with your specialists. BMPPC also maintains connections with trusted specialists for referrals, as needed.
- Specially designed wellness program with exclusive partnerships to optimize members' overall well being, featuring discounted services and/or enhanced and priority access. Partnerships may include physical therapy services, weight management medicine, sleep medicine with access to cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, psychological services and access to a local fitness program.
What is the cost of membership?
Our membership fee is age-based, with the following parameters, and can be paid annually, biannually or quarterly through credit card or ACH debit.
- Age 45 and above: $225/month
- Age 18 to 44: $185/month
In addition, Bryn Mawr PPC offers a household discount of 15% off the yearly membership fee for up to 2 additional household members, following the first full pay member.
